[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #10171: compat directory needs cleanup

Hi DAM team,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
Since DAM requires TYPO3 4.3.2 or higher and TYPO3 4.3.2 requires PHP
5.2 or higher, these files are no longer needed:
- compat/array_diff_key.php
- compat/str_ireplace.php
- compat/stripos.php
- compat/htmlspecialchars_decode.php

Solution:
- remove files
- Clean up ext_localconf.php
