[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #10149: dam should conflict with dam_info

Since dam_info is deprecated (because being integrated) in dam 1.1,
there should be a conflict set against this extension.

Attached is a patch which adds conflicts for dam_info and also mmforeign
(deprecated since ages, but probably still not know to anyone).

Have a look at some more cleanup inside the patch. Just cosmetical
stuff, no functional changes.

What remains is that "_md5_values_when_last_written" is currently an
empty string. I personally don't find that feature very helpful,
especially since this extension can be checked out through subversion.
So if you don't mind, I would like to keep this field empty.
