[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #10399: Media > List does not display records with language "All"

Problem:
When using the DAM in a multilingual environment, records valid for 
"All" languages are never shown in module Media > List. This is due to 
wrong selections on the sys_language_uid field.

Solution:
Change the language selections to include -1 when appropriate.

Note:
Actually DAM was never designed to handle "All" language records, it's 
quite obvious from both the code and how the translation process is 
normally handled...
