[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC 10347: Categories valid for "All" languages are not fetched by category tree selector

Problem:
If a DAM category is set to be valid for "All" languages (i.e. its 
sys_language_uid field is set to -1), it does not appear in the category 
tree selector anymore. This is because choice of category is restricted 
to sys_language_uid=0 in class 
components/class.tx_dam_selectionCategory.php.

Solution:
The solution is to extend the test to include -1.

Note:
To actually see the problem, you will need to apply a patch to core 
first (pending in core list). See http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=10346
Otherwise the category selector will not appear at all.
