Hi DAM team,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
tx_dam_file_upload = 0 does not hide upload-icon in file-modul
Description 	the upload icon is shown even the upload is not possible

Solution:
Wrap the display code in an if statement that checks for existence of
the upload tab.
