[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC:#6110: Description Field in cat_edit

Problem:
TCA of the dam category record can be optimized by doing:
- change description from input field to textarea (IMO no RTE necessary 
but if an extension needs one, it can be changed by this ext)
- enable tabs like they are used in TYPO3 4.2 and move the access field 
to it
- use the palettes for subtitle + navigation title

You can also look at the attached screenshots to get an impression

Solution:
change the TCA
