[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC:#6919: More / other tabs for DAM meta data

Problem:
The first tab of the dam record still is quite large containing too much 
information. I think at least the access / visibility settings should be 
on a seperate tab... just as in pages records since 4.2.


Solution:
change the order inside TCA
