you mean setting the sortby flag to sorting,title ?
IMO 'sortby' is meant to hold only one field and this can mess up code 
which trusts this - even having 2 fields in there works.

but as said already: this patch gives any developer the option to change 
the sorting field very easily which is not the option right now.
