[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC: #11743: DAM doesn't respekt skin images

Problem:
- DAM uses the old icons instead of the ones of t3skin.
- minimal xhtml validation fix too <img /> instead of <img>

Solution:
use t3lib_iconWorks::skinImg
