[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC: #11742: Labels for indexing step 2

Problem:
Nearly every input field in the backend is missing labels. This should 
be just the first of a couple patches to fix that and get a better 
usability to the DAM backend


Solution:
add some labels

previous patch - if not please tell me!)?
