[TYPO3-dam-devel] how to save document in typo3

I hope all of you are good 
I have a problem that I m a beginner in typo3 and ask about which extension is suitable for back end user to save documentation with it  ( may be document extension by Mr robert Gonda ) but I don't know how to configure it in my site because the manual is not clear enough 

could you please help me ASAP
