[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #6906: use BE-USER language in selectioncategory

Hey Michiel,

right now, you can do this through Web => List module when you have the 
"Localization Overview" checkbox activated on the bottom of the list 
module, and the Media folder visible in the page tree.

Note: This patch only affects the language when you as a BE user have a 
different language selected.
