[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #6906: use BE-USER language in selectioncategory

Problem (reported by Michael Birchler):
This is a nice feature form dam. If a translation of the category record 
exists I see in the categorybrowser the category titles in my preferred 
backendlanguage .
The behaviour now is not completely satisfying.

Dam looks only to the default language selected in the user record 
($GLOBALS['BE_USER']->user['lang']) and ignors the settings in uc 
($GLOBALS['BE_USER']->uc['lang']).
