[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #9123: alternative Filemounts for element browser

Attaching a revised patch for this issue. Attached icon must be added to 
folder dam/i/18/.

Latest TYPO3core patch #9320 is pre-requisite (either trunk or TYPO3_4-2).

The additional filemounts are now of type 'readonly'. Readonly mounts 
are presented with readonly icons in folder trees. Upload tab is not 
available when a folder inside a readonly mount is selected. Readonly 
mounts are not presented in folder tree of upload tab.
