I see a small layout inconsistency: style for #ext-dam-mod-edit-index-php lacks "margin: 0" as other CSS definition for body-tags of other modules do.

So the dark grey bar (with close and save buttons) isn't in the upper left corner, but moved 4px right and 2px downwards.

See attached patch for fixing this.
