[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #9403,9644: Missing media types

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem: DAM is not aware of some essential media types. The patch adds 
them - the simple way. Additional types are not created, like in the 
previous patch, but an icon for PSD is.
