Hi DAM-Team,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem: DAM list view uses nested <form> tags which
a) is unnecessary, because the outer one isn't needed
b) causes problems with Opera browser
c) not allowed in XHTML.

The attached patch removes the <form> wrapping the hole fullDoc.
