[TYPO3-dam-devel] DAM creating empty doubled Media Folder

I thought this was fixed.

- Please disable Dam.
- Apply the patch from 8236
- Remove the new media folders (with the highest id's).
- Then enable dam

Then it should use the old media folder with all your records.

This bug is present in 1.0.13 and targeted for 1.0.14

Although the roadmap for 1.0.14 is only at 14%, I think we need to  
release 1.0.14 now since this is such an annoying bug.



The reason your problem occurs is that in TYPO3 4.2 the page type 2  
(Advanced) was removed. The DAM searches for an existing media folder  
with type=2 and never finds it since all pages with type=2 have been  
updated to type=254.
