[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #10015: dam tries to load $TCA['tt_news'] without checking whether the ext is loaded

The fix is quite obvious. However it makes me wonder what is a TCA 
modification of tt_news doing in the middle of the DAM. I understand it 
is used to enable correct indexing of soft references, but IMHO code in 
the DAM shouldn't make the hypothesis that tt_news is installed. 
Shouldn't this belong to another extension altogether? tt_news itself?

And also, why are soft references searched for in the title of the news 
item? Can we really have a media tag inside there?
