[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #9750: Images in RTE are not rendered in Frontend

Hi DAM team,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
Images embedded via RTE are not rendered in Frontend when the 
clickenlarge feature of the RTE is not enabled and/or static template 
"ClickEnlarge Rendering" is not included on the TS template of the page.

Solution:
Let the preUserFunc return an initial version of the img tag.
