[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #9998: Add upload button

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem: The Core file module has a button for easy upload access. In 
order to match the core, this patch adds an upload button to the 
docheader of the file list module.

I would like this patch to be included in 1.1, if possible.
