This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:

Media->List
Select files
at the top and bottom of the file-list there is an checkbox to Mark
All/Mark None

should behave like in Media->File

Does: Nothing

Category selection does not work when processing files

Steps to reproduce:
- Media -> List
- Select folder with media records
- In the main view choose Process (from the option list)
- Try to add a category

Expected result:
- Chosen category added to process form

Observed result:
- NOP

Solution:
Add 'form' tag around the form so the
onclick="tx_dam_listbase_setCheckboxes('editform');" can actually can
operate on a form.
