Problem:
This is a follow up patch to feature #9819, fixing two issues in the
Info->Usage submodule:
1. result browser is erratic; references count is sometimes incorrect;
2. context menu is missing on page items of the list rows.

Solution:
1. Total references count is obtained through three sql queries; in such
context, some methods provided by the list pointer class cannot be used 
as they prematurely recalculate pointers;
2. If context menus are enabled, context menu is added on page items in 
the Info->Usage submodule, but not in show item rendering.
