[TYPO3-dam-devel] cal__dam_references: Custom TCA types

Hi guys,

we've extended cal with some new types (as configured in TCA section 
$TCA[tx_cal_event][types][our_new_typeNums]).

Now, cal__dam_references didn't automatically convert the image and 
attachment fields to dam_image / dam_attachment fields respectively.

The attached patch makes the whole converting-to-dam-fields part of 
cal__dam_references' ext_tables.php more dynamic and also works with new 
custom types.

Would be cool if you could integrate it.
