[TYPO3-dam-devel] RTE insert link "File" -> "Media"

Hello,

Could someone tell me which extension replaces the "File" tab when 
inserting a link in RTE with a "Media" tab? Because on my test 
installation I get a "File" tab and inserting a link to a file does not 
lead to an invalid link whereas my productive website has got a "Media" 
tab instead and such filelinks are invalid.
