[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC: where to collect bugs / missing features

Hi folks,

where should we collect, discuss and handle bugs and missing features 
that are - why ever - currently not reported in the bugtracker? (there 
are more than a few ...)

1.) publicly in bugs.typo3.org?
2.) on this list?
3.) closed club anywhere else (fx. separate project on bugs.typo3.org 
only visible by members)?
4.) something completely different?

what do you think?
