[TYPO3-dam-devel] new sv_* exts

Hi yall,

attached you'll find the three sv_-extensions as suggested by stucki and 
discussed off list.
meanwhile michiel registered the extension keys as needed.

things to do:
- please test them and +1 to make shure, the contained services still 
work (they do on my devserver).
- compiling documentation (any volunteers?)
