[TYPO3-core] problems after upgrading from typo3 6.2.16 to 6.2.17

Hi Maik!

Can you please outline which steps you take exactly?
Like:
1. clear all cache in IT
2. Visit FE without BE user logged in
3. clear all cache in IT
4. Visit FE again

And any intermediate steps.
