[TYPO3-core] FAL: get rid of fileadmin/_processed_ and use typo3temp instead?

Hi everybody,

would it make sense to get rid of the fileadmin/_processed_ folder and let TYPO3 CMS save all files instead into a folder located within typo3temp?
