[TYPO3-core] JS escape() and unescape() deprecated

Hi!

According to [1] the global javascript function escape and unescape are deprecated.
We should replace them with the according function (de|en)codeURI[Compontent]() instead.

We've quite some usages of the two functions in the Core.
Should we consider replacing the functions for 6.2?
