[TYPO3-core] Browser version support for next LTS

Hi Philipp, hi all,

so far the release schedule has not been changed, which means that the
next release is not necessarily another LTS version.

If it's going to be 6.3 then I wouldn't like to remove stuff which is
still in operation until 2016.
