[TYPO3-core] New TypoScript image rendering for css_styled_content using FAL objects

For everybody who wants to play with it: Since today with issue #52726
the image width and height got lost. This means when setting a
predefined height in a content element in the backend, the images will
not be shown, because the width and height in the file objects are both
zero.

Hope this will be resolved soon.
