[TYPO3-core] Introducing TYPO3 Workbench

Hi Michiel,

that sounds really awesome, thanks for sharing that! That might be a
start to have standard performance benchmarks being done on every
change. See this work in progress concept [1].

How do you create an introduction package for current master (6.2), as
there are not packages for that yet? Do you create a 6.1 installation
and then upgrade?
