[TYPO3-core] should the status report warn about e.g. low suhosin.get.max_value_length settings?

hi everybody,

i just encountered a problem with suhosin and TYPO3:

solved it by increasing suhosin.get.max_value_length from 512 to some 
value much higher.

i do not know much about server configuration or suhosin but suhosin 
seems to be quite common, isn't it?

is that kind of php setting something the TYPO3 integrator/developer 
should be warned e.g. in the reports module's status report?
