[TYPO3-core] Friendly Ghost

Hey Jigal,

Thanks for reminding. The friendly ghost concept should be kept alive and
kicking. I got some very positive feedback about that and it is the kind of
mentoring that we need for people who do not know their way around yet and maybe
also for people who do know their way around.
