[TYPO3-core] Status of documentation migration to reStructured Text

Hi all,

I wanted to give a short status update on the migration of the official 
documentation to reStructured Text (reST), especially as it relates to 
the official documentation and the upcoming release of TYPO3 4.7.

The short story is that - although we are making good progress - we (the 
Doc Team) won't be ready in time for the release of TYPO3 4.7. This 
means that we will still update the documentation in OpenOffice format 
for the next TYPO3 v4 release.

However the documentation from the BLE project was already written in 
reST and it seemed like a real shame to "go back" to OpenOffice format 
in this case. Thus we will provide at least a temporary "hosting" for 
it, based as far as we can make it on the final process for rendering 
and publishing reST documentation in HTML format.

If you have more questions and want more info, feel free to ask (or to 
follow the documentation mailing list, although not so much was 
published there recently). I'll also post a news item about this.
