[TYPO3-core] Wiki page for v4/v6 unit testing problems, howtos and tricks

Hi all,

I could not find a wiki page about unit testing TYPO3, thus I just went 
ahead and created one:

I would be cool if other would join in and update the page with tips and 
tricks on how to get phpunit working and on how to do special testing.
