[TYPO3-core] File Abstraction Layer Reviews

Hi again (again),

the overworked parts in t3lib/file/ have been merged in between. Now
it's about to make use of that part and to really integrate the File
Abstraction Layer into the TYPO3 Core.

You can use an Introduction Package of TYPO3 4.7 or a Blank Package -
however please consider that some extensions do not work anymore since
deprecated methods (that have been removed in 6.0) were still used by
some extensions - currently RealURL and tt_news are known - so just
uninstall them.

Switch the typo3_src of that package to use the Git master branch, go to
the Install Tool, run the Database Upgrades and run the Upgrade Wizards
(as regular).

Maybe you wanna use a development website for that (not a production
site) since there might (= will) still be some issues to be solved - we
are just at the beginning of the TYPO3 6.0 development.
