no need to discourage Daniel here. To me, a well-done and
well-documented integration is worth far more than having a
replacement for everything we have now with no documentation.
Effectively, this is what made ExtJS so hard for us (besides ExtJS
being a monster): We had little own documentation, no defined
standards and no best practices. Let's do it better this time!

With good documentation, I'm pretty sure that some people will jump on
the train and we will finally get a better JavaScript infrastructure
than we have now.

@Daniel: Do you have any plans for also integrating RequireJS or is
that out of scope for your thesis?

I think we should do one step after the other, but it might not harm
to at least add a few pointers to some hidden JS "goodies" in the Core
there.
