[TYPO3-core] src-, dummy- and blankpackage: back and forth - and forth and back?!

Hello,

I'm just summarizing the mails below. Please double-check if I got everything right.

TYPO3 will be ship the following packages:
4.3, 4.4: src, dummy, src+dummy
4.5: src, dummy, src+dummy, introduction
4.6+: src, dummy, src+dummy, blank, introduction
