Which would be very nice indeed, but is not going to happen anytime soon 
with the current wizard. First and foremost the one about version 
compatibility can be used to switch back to an older version. Then there 
are all the ones proposing to install new or outsourced sysexts. They 
will disappear only if you install *all* sysexts, which you may not want to.

That being said I agree that the workspace migration wizard should 
disappear eventually. Maybe we have broadened the conditions too much.
