[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #16893: htmlArea RTE: Fatal error on invoking the RTE

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
t3lib_div::removeDotsFromTS() is passed a string as first argument when 
processing RTE Page TSConfig. An exception is therefore raised.

Problem arises when a faulty configuration is specified for object 
RTE.default.buttons.[button-name]

Solution:
Skip the faulty configuration.
