[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15129: Backend search is unusable for editors

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Only the first dbmount is used for searches if you try to search via the 
search box to the top right.

This patch checks wether a user has dbmounts and get for each of the 
mounted trees the ids. These get used for searching.

How to reproduce:
Create a backenduser and backendgroup.
Give the backendgroup rights for 2 different subtrees of your installation
Mount the trees as dbmount in the backendgroup
Assign the user with this group
Switch to the user
Search for a word in tree a and see what happens pre- and postpatch
Rinse and repeat for tree b
Search for a word that is situated in both trees.
