[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed issue #17554: htmlArea RTE: Delete deprecated DAM integration extension variable

Problem:
Integration of DAM with htmlArea RTE was moved to a DAM option since DAM 
1.1.

DAM 1.0 is now obsolete.

Solution:
Delete the option and related scripts.
