[TYPO3-core] RFC #16033: API for Trees and ContextMenus

Hi,

i will commit this followup in 48 hours if noone complains

1) all after t3lib_tree should be UpperCamelCase
2) in t3lib_tree_renderer_UnorderedList there is a wrong call
renderCollection should read renderNodeCollection
