I did all, clearing browser cache, TYPO3 cache, and deleting
typo3temp/sprites/*

If I would not have used git for the whole patching, reverting, I'd be
gone crazy! I maintain several private branched, mostly each for a patch.

I thimk git will come, there's no way around it.

Well timing and size. It's simply impossible to follow all the followups
and (even worse) it's a bit frustrating.
