[TYPO3-core] RFC#14518: HCI: Page "with root-flag" set should have "domain"-icon

Problem:
The Screen-Shots from Jens and Lars include new icons in the page tree.
The "root" is not worldglobe any more but an TYPO3-Logo.
Therefore all root-pages which represent own domains should get the 
domain logo. As this is planned "for longer" all icons for this are 
already implemented in icon-set and sprites

--> just use it
