Yup. I agree.

Haven't you actually used IE6 with TYPO3 4.3 ? No? Me neither. That's 
the problem. Many code, many give quick feedback, some review, nobody 
tests on IE anymore, and we actually have some customers who have to 
switch from IE because of that. (Also, we have a long-standing issue 
with the RTE and FF 3.x - but that's another issue ;-))
That's why we have the Backend Code Cleanup Task Force, in order to tell 
us what we should consider when coding and reviewing and make it 
compliant, and *keep* it compliant. It's gonna be good. Many things are 
happening to finally streamline the TYPO3 project.
