[TYPO3-core] FYI48: #13557: t3editor/codecompletion: add new typoscript properties and update tsref descriptions

Problem:
recently added and updated ts properties and descriptions are missing in 
the xml for the code completion.

Solution:
update the xml

Note:
i'm going to commit the attached patch in about 48 h, if no one complains

Thanks to Stephan Petzl and Christian Kartnig, for maintaining the 
codecompletion and the tsref.xml
