This is an SVN patch request.

Problem: you can exclude fields in
$TYPO3_USER_SETTINGS['showitem']

Then the fields doesn't appear in the form. On saving that isn#t 
respected, the routine walk through all fields for saving their values.

Solution:
compare with showitem if field is in before saving.
